花旗環球證券指出，目前看不見智慧機、電視、PC與NB應用的任何復甦跡象，面板驅動IC（DDI）廠頎邦（6147）正同時面臨終端需求不振與毛利壓力的雙重侵擾，短期內難有起色，將投資評等降至「中立」，推測合理股價預期更從104元對半砍至53元。
花旗環球說明，觸控面板驅動IC（TDDI）與大尺寸DDI前景依然萎靡，主要受到通膨壓抑消費力道的負面影響，智慧機、電視、PC與NB需求持續不振，儘管頎邦第三季營收可能比預期佳，上升主因是來自美元近期強勁升值，而非需求有所反彈，考量需求尚未步出谷底，推測第四季營收將季減5％。獲利表現上，因產能利用率與單位售價雙雙下滑，第三、第四季的毛利率將連續季減4.6與1.4個百分點。
反應在營收表現上，雖然得益於美元升值，頎邦第三季營收可望優於財測，季減幅度應不到3成那麼嚴重，然終端需求未回溫，頎邦經營管理階層認為TDDI與大尺寸DDI還是會受到庫存調整延長的影響。放眼第四季，花旗環球證券認為，在年底假期旺季來臨之前，庫存調整仍充滿不確定性，研判第四季營收將季減5％。
外資估計，頎邦今年每股稅後純益（EPS）7.83元，已經較去年衰退13.9％，但逆風並未遠離，明年還要再年減6.3％，EPS降至7.34元，呈連續二年衰退。
